To lead and support the development
of bicycle racing in the
VISION STATEMENT:
Every participant will have the best possible experience in the sport of
cycling.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Service to individual members of
participating organizations is the most important element in consideration of
the direction of FIAC.
The board of directors of FIAC shall consist of volunteers representing member
associations to ensure the coordination of FIAC programs.
Demonstrate integrity in all aspects of the business through open channels of
communication between individual members of participating organizations and
FIAC.
FIAC operates in an environment of mutual trust and respect among participants.
Facilitate standardization in the delivery of programs and services.
GOALS
1. The development
of a strong network of quality events.
2. The development of all athletes through
participating organizations.
3. Balanced development of all aspects of
bicycle racing.
