These championships are for Elite Men and Women and to be run under FIAC Racing Rules. Only riders who hold an annual license from a FIAC member association are eligible for championship placings though others may be allowed to participate. A national champion’s jersey will go to each winner, medals to the top three places and certificates to 4^th through 10^th places.
